Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Transport Christ is the Rock LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) within the United States.

  1. Services

Transport Christ is the Rock LLC provides cargo transportation and logistics services within the United States. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Payment Terms

Individual Customers:
All non-business customers must pay in full before the transportation service is scheduled and dispatched.

Business Account Customers:
Approved business account holders may receive monthly invoicing terms subject to prior agreement with the Company.

  1. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received (for individual customers) or once accepted by the Company (for approved business accounts).

  1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a transportation order only if the vehicle has not yet been dispatched.

If the service is canceled before dispatch, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the total order amount. The remaining balance will be refunded.

If the vehicle has already been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Transport Christ is the Rock LLC is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The Company’s liability for loss or damage to cargo shall be limited and subject to applicable transportation regulations and documented proof of negligence.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information. The Company is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas and applicable federal laws of the United States.
